Khushi Hands Online Store – Terms and Conditions
All transactions between us are governed by English law. We sell only to customers in the United Kingdom.
Your order will be accepted only when we have received full payment for the goods. Acceptance of your order creates a binding contract between us. You must be 18 years or over to place an order on our website.
Once we have accepted your order we will usually dispatch your goods within 3 working days. We will assume you have received your goods unless you notify us otherwise within 21 days of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order because goods are out of stock we reserve the right to cancel the contract and refund any money paid. However we will endeavour to contact you by email and offer you an alternative product if available.
If you change your mind about your purchase you have 7 working days from the date of delivery in which to return the items to us for a full refund, in their original condition and unused. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the goods to us and we recommend that you use a signed for delivery option. We will refund the cost of the original order within 30 days but we will not refund your postage costs.
In the unlikely event of there being a fault with the goods supplied to you, you may return them to us for a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us prior to returning the goods. If the goods have been altered by you or the fault has arisen through something other than normal use we reserve the right to decline a refund. We will reimburse second class postage costs for returning faulty goods to us and we will require you to obtain a Certificate of Posting.
Please inform us if you do not wish your details to remain on our mailing list. We will not pass on your details to third parties.
